TravMate uses artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance your travel experience by analyzing uploaded documents (e.g., PDFs, screenshots, ticket images) and generating helpful summaries.
We use techniques like Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and metadata extraction to read booking details from files you upload. This allows TravMate to auto-populate fields and generate itinerary suggestions.
Some of this processing may be performed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI), and content may be temporarily sent to their servers for analysis. No personal identifiers are intentionally included in these requests beyond what is contained in the document.
